Professional Biography:
Dr. Glaid has earned his Associate in Applied Science degree in business administration (1976), a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science (University of Pittsburgh 1981), a Master of Arts in organizational management (1995), a Doctorate degree in management and organizational leadership (2002), and a MBA degree in international business (2014).
Dr. Glaid's dissertation focused on the leader's ability to influence organizational culture in alignment with motivation, attraction and retention strategies.
For 30 years, Dr. Glaid consulted with several Fortune 500 information technology and communication leaders on ways to use technology to gain competitive advantage. He has held senior management positions within AT&T Business Solutions and AT&T’s Profile Initiative groups, MCI and Verizon Enterprise Solutions.
After his career in the information technology and telecommunications industry, Glaid has held various leadership and professor positions within several colleges and universities.
For over 19 years, Glaid has also actively taught within Duquesne University’s School of Leadership and Professional Advancement, 10 years within Rider University’s Master of Organizational Leadership program, 8 years in Salem University's MBA, 14 years within the University of Phoenix business programs, and four years in the Ohio University applied management programs. For 7 years, Glaid has been a full-time professor of business management programs for EGCC. Finally, for the past 11 years, Dr. Glaid has consulted with organizations on the development of personal and organizational leadership awareness and effectiveness. Glaid is the Principal of Leadership Ignite Company, an organization dedicated to coaching 21st century leadership skills.

Mr. Babish has over three decades of professional experience in the criminal justice industry. Included in his vast vita, are 13 years as a Narcotic Agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; several years leading an Investigation organization; three years as a Chief of Police for Brentwood Borough; and a more than a decade as the Chief Investigator for Allegheny County.
Wayne Babish is an industry specialist, and is often called upon to design learning and course materials within his criminal justice expertise, which are used at the U of Pittsburgh, as well as many other universities. Mr. Babish is also a past faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh, Mountain State U, and the U of Phoenix, where he specialized in criminal justice, organizational leadership, HRM, and overall business disciplines. Wayne currently teaches human resources and criminal justice courses at Salem International University.
